Biggest Loser


I love the Biggest Loser show. It always inspires me. I'm a walker and not a jogger, but when I see people heavier than me or older than me jogging away on that show, it convicts me. So I have an idea. A little Biggest Loser contest of my own....working out a little more, dieting a lot more, and weighing in only on Tuesdays like they do on the Biggest Loser. As they transform, so will I/we if I can talk someone into joining me. We can report in on Tuesday with our progress. Can I talk anyone into this challenge?

This is a great idea, but I don't think I have the will power to keep up. You go girl, I'll cheer you from the side line!

How would this work? Would we simply report our loss on Tuesdays? I think I'd like to try it!

Okay girl, no one else signed up. But you and I can hold each other accountable for this, as well as our Saturday crits. Let's start tomorrow, 11-1-11. Okay?
